Do we hire linen?We currently do not have the facility to hire linen. However, we do keep spares at our laundry venue and are able to plug gaps for holiday home customers for short terms and unexpected issues.

Do we provide welcome packs?Yes, we do provide a basic welcome pack as part of our standard service. This includes toilet rolls for every toilet, blue cleaning cloths, washing-up sponges, and bin bags. Any perishable or additional items would be priced on an individual basis.

Are you fully insured?Yes, we are fully insured for all forms of work or services carried out. This includes employers and public/products liability.

Are all of our staff DBS checked?We do not DBS check every member of staff as standard. However, we have carried out work in the past that has required this to be done. Lilac Cleaning and Laundry has a team that has been with us for many years. This team is reliable and well-trusted with our customers.

Do you use your own products and equipment?Yes, our cleaners use a wide range of products and equipment, that we provide them with from our supplier. Some customers and clients prefer us to use their own products which is no problem, although all products we use need to be used in line with COSSH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) regulations.

Are any quotes you provide free of charge?Yes, we would normally need to see a job before offering an accurate price. All prices or quotes given, are without charge.
